Limoncello Frozen Cake (serves 4)

This may remind you of a childhood favourite, but hopefully better! 3 layer frozen cake. Bottom: rich white cake soaked in limoncello syrup, middle: limoncello custard with whipped cream and whipped cream cheese, topped off with torched Italian style meringue. We love it still partially frozen after 20-30 minutes out of the freezer. But enjoy however you like! It is delicious at any temperature!
